We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is damaged or faulty. We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched however if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
We offer free exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange.
You can exchange your item for a different size in the same style or exchange for a different style and size once we have received your item and after they are checked.
Eligibility for Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging as you received it and with the tag on the clothing item.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
We have the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect the item has been worn or if it is not in the same condition as it was sent out.
- Items must be returned for an exchange in the same condition as you received it. Please note that items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfumes/scents on the garments will not qualify for an exchange, and we have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect any of the above.
Exchanges for items on sale
Once an item has been purchased on sale price it can only be exchanged for a different size in the same style within 7 days of the purchase only if the item purchased is eligible for exchange as per our policy for a chargeable delivery fee of AED 25.
Please email email@example.com to make an exchange for your item with the details of the product and the reason for the exchange.
Once a purchase is made through Oui The Boutique, you accept this as part of our terms and conditions.
